This message usually appears when the email tied to your Apple, Google, or Facebook account already exists in our system under a different login method.
What’s Happening:
If you previously signed up using your email and password, and later try to log in using Google, Apple, or Facebook with the same email address, the system blocks it to avoid creating duplicate accounts.
What to Do Instead:
- On the login screen, choose “Continue with Email” instead of a social login.
- Enter the email address and password you originally used to sign up.
- Tap Login.
