What if I already have an app account, but it’s tied to the wrong email?Updated 22 days ago

Only the email used to make your Season 5 donation will have access. Merging accounts or updating your login email after the fact is not currently supported.

Next Steps:

  • Log out of your existing app account

  • Create a new account using your donor email address

  • Log in using that account to unlock access
