Resetting your password

Once you have created your account, you might find the need to reset your password:

Step 1:  Open your Chosen App

Step 2:  Click on the trigram symbol ☰ in the top left corner.

Step 3: Click on the Profile icon as shown below.

Step 4: Above the “Log in” button tap the link next “Forgot Password”.

Step 5: Enter the email address you used to create your account and tap the “Send reset link” button.

Step 6: You will see a screen acknowledging that a reset link has been sent to your email address.

Step 7: The email will contain a link to reset your password within the app.
